Vice-president People And Culture at Previan

Eric Beaulieu, CRIA, has extensive experience in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as Vice-President People and Culture at Previan since January 2020. Prior roles include Vice-President of Human Resources at American Iron & Metal (AIM) from November 2018 to September 2019, and at Norda Stelo from August 2015 to November 2018, where responsibilities encompassed human resources, operational excellence, and communication. Previous experience includes significant tenures at Cascades, where Eric held various leadership positions from March 2000 to July 2015, and earlier roles at Cascades Groupes Papiers Fins and Cascades East Angus. Eric holds two Bachelor’s degrees in Industrial Relations from Université Laval, completed between 1986 and 1989.
