Lakshmi Mathavan Chidambaresan has a diverse work experience in various roles across different companies.

Starting in 2008, Lakshmi worked as a Technical Analyst at Brilliant ID Systems, where they analyzed client business requirements and designed a distributed software system for calculating remuneration based on access control device logs.

In 2011, Lakshmi joined BCSG as a Technical Business Analyst, responsible for understanding product requirements and converting them into well-defined functional specifications. Lakshmi Mathavan later took on roles as a Business Analyst and Senior Business Analyst | Product Delivery Manager, managing the testing efforts and introducing a BDD framework for collaboration.

In 2017, Lakshmi became the Head of Business Analysis | Product Owner at LegalZoom UK, leading a transformation program to improve customer experience and operational efficiencies. Lakshmi Mathavan created a collaboration framework and automated task-driven framework to increase throughput and revenue.

In 2019, Lakshmi joined Previse as a Lead Business Analyst, where they defined roadmaps and features for an AI-based SCF platform and implemented a data-driven enterprise CRM business suite.

In 2020, Lakshmi returned to Previse as a Solutions Architect, working on the development of solutions for the company.

Lakshmi Mathavan Chidambaresan completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from AIHT- Anand Institute of Higher Technology, between 2004 and 2008. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Advanced Computer Science from the University of Leicester, graduating in 2011. In terms of additional certifications, Lakshmi obtained the Foundation Certificate in Project Management from BCS in February 2017, the Benefits Management and Business Acceptance certification from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in August 2015, the Oracle Web Services certification from Anna University in February 2007, and the ScrumMaster certification from Scrum Alliance in April 2014.
