Anne-Sophie Boisvert-Guilbault

Anne-Sophie Boisvert-Guilbault, P.Eng., MBA, currently serves as Plant Director at Prevost since December 2022. Previously, Boisvert-Guilbault held the role of Production & Maintenance Manager at Nova Bus from November 2020 to December 2022, managing a team of 9 supervisors and 200 unionized employees and participating in collective agreement negotiations. Prior experience includes positions at BRP as Team Leader and Project Leader in Manufacturing Quality System, as well as Production Supervisor, and a role as Metallurgical Process Engineer and Product Leader at Groupe Canimex. Academically, Boisvert-Guilbault earned an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Université de Sherbrooke, supplemented by studies in health sciences at Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf.
