Jessica LoveJoy has a wealth of experience in customer service and management roles. Jessica began their career in 2008 as a Customer Service Representative at Anthem where they handled customer inquiries, billing questions, and complaints in a high volume call center. In 2010 they became Billing Manager at Orbit Medical, where they billed and collected on insurance payments for Durable Medical Equipment, increasing incoming revenue by assuring all claims were submitted properly and bringing in monthly revenue of $100,000 or more. In 2012 they became Manager at Home Again Senior Care, where they completed bi-weekly payroll for over 350 employees and used the Care Anyware System to assure all employees were clocked in and out in a timely fashion. Jessica then moved to TRIMEDX in 2014, where they held two roles: Client Services/ Data Management and Data Management Manager. In 2021 they became a Real Estate Broker at Keller Williams Realty, Inc., and in 2022 they became Manager Customer Support Services at Prevounce Health. In this role, they responded to client support tickets, assisted with new client training, and maintained current accounts. Jessica was expected to work with other members of the Customer Support, Sales, and logistics teams to ensure client needs and expectations were being met end-to-end.

Jessica LoveJoy began their educational journey in 2016 when they enrolled at IWU National & Global to pursue a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management. Jessica completed their coursework in 2018. In addition, they hold a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent certification from the National Association of REALTORS\u00ae.
