Katy Hanton

Katy Hanton serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Prewave since November 2024. Prior to this role, Katy contributed to MongoDB as part of the Global Leadership Hiring team in early 2024 and led international talent acquisition at Amplitude from December 2020 to October 2023, where Katy received multiple awards for outstanding contributions. Katy's earlier experience includes significant positions at Blue Prism, NCR Corporation, Coral, Strategic Dimensions, Armstrong Craven, Crown Relocations, and XB Consultants, reflecting a progressive career in talent acquisition and recruitment across various industries. Katy holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Professional Recruitment Services from Royal Holloway, University of London, and a BA (Hons) in Economics & Social History from the University of Liverpool.
