Casandra Silva is the VP of Product Engineering at Prewitt Ridge. Casandra has previous experience working as a Senior Analyst at McKinsey & Company, a UX Software Developer II at Q2, and a Technologist & Consultant. Casandra also interned at Google, FIRST in Texas Foundation, and the Austin Cooperative Business Association.

Casandra has a passion for software development and helping businesses grow. Casandra is experienced in leading development teams, creating unit tests, and refactoring code. Casandra is also proficient in modern ES6 JavaScript features.

Casandra Silva has a BA in Global Studies from St. Edward's University, with a focus in International Security/Nuclear Energy. Casandra also has an Associate's degree in Computer Science and Statistics from Austin Community College, and a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Political Science from Université catholique de l'Ouest. Casandra is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Conflict Resolution at Baylor University. Casandra has also received certification in Mental Health First Aid from Austin Travis County MHMR, Conflict Resolution Training from the Anti-Oppression Resource & Training Alliance, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance.
