Isabelle Schuite

Isabelle Schuite currently serves as a Management Trainee at PreZero Nederland, where responsibilities include developing a new project management methodology and tool, along with providing system training to over 120 colleagues. With a strong background in sustainability and marine conservation, Isabelle has worked as an Open Water Scuba Instructor for PADI since 2016, facilitating education and safety in scuba diving environments. Previous roles include Coordinator at Dive & Smile, Sustainability Intern at Enigma in Peru, Study Association President at Maastricht Sustainability Institute, and various internships focusing on customer service and operations in hospitality. Isabelle holds an MSc in Tourism, Society & Environment from Wageningen University & Research and previously studied at Maastricht University and the International College of Management Sydney, attaining degrees in Sustainability Studies and International Hospitality Management.
