William Lochhead has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. William is currently the Chapter Lead for Global Lifecycle Marketing at Prezzee. Prior to that, they co-founded Stoker, a marketplace for adventure and recreation gear rental. William has also worked as the Head of Customer Lifecycle Marketing at Open Colleges and as the Head of Customer Engagement & Retention at Tyro Payments on a fixed-term contract. William gained experience in customer engagement and retention in their roles at American Express, where they managed various teams and led CRM programs. At Aimia Inc, William worked as a Client Services Manager, focusing on loyalty management and customer experience.
William Lochhead completed their Higher School Certificate at Chevalier College from 2000 to 2005. In 2007, they obtained a Diploma of Business Management at TAFE NSW. From 2012 to 2015, they pursued a Master of Business degree with a specialization in Marketing at the University of Technology Sydney.
