Adam Lindop

Adam Lindop is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Prezzo, a role held since January 2025, where oversight of operations across nearly 100 sites is key to driving service excellence, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. Prior to this, from November 2009 to January 2025, Adam led national operations as Head of Operations at ASK Italian, focusing on the strategic vision delivery and the flawless restaurant experience. Adam also held the position of Senior Operations Manager at ASK Italian, where responsibilities included leading teams and supporting new openings and transformations. Earlier experience includes serving as Store Manager for New Openings at Caffè Nero from January 2007 to October 2009. Adam's educational background includes attendance at South Holderness Technology College.
