Muhammad Bilal Rafaqat has extensive experience in operations and management within the medical billing industry. Currently serving as an Operations Supervisor and Team Lead Manager at PRG Pakistan since January 2022, Muhammad previously held roles as a Billing Executive at Bell MedEx Medical Billing from January 2021 to February 2022 and as an Account Manager at MTBC from February 2020 to December 2020. Muhammad holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Business Administration, and Management from Preston University and has completed a Higher Secondary Certificate and Matric from the Azad Jammu & Kashmir Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education in Mirpur.
