Luke Michaels

Luke Michaels is an accomplished property manager with extensive experience in real estate and construction management. Currently at PRG Real Estate since June 2015, Luke has successfully raised resident satisfaction scores and managed significant property turnover, particularly during peak summer months near NC State University. Prior roles include field manager and construction manager at Energy Savers, where Luke focused on home air and water infiltration issues, and business manager at Green Blue Earth, overseeing international sales and logistics. Additional experience at Solid Rock/Bank of America involved managing subcontracting services for foreclosed properties, and earlier involvement with Habitat for Humanity showcased Luke's commitment to community service through home construction.
