Rita Zepeda

Rita Zepeda has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Bilingual Program Coordinator at BCBSNC in 2007. Rita then moved on to PRG Real Estate in 2008, where they held various positions, including Senior Property Manager, Regional Director, and currently, Regional Vice President.

Rita Zepeda obtained a Bachelor of Art degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill between 2004 and 2008. Rita later pursued a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree with a specialization in Finance, General from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke between 2019 and 2022. In addition to their academic degrees, they obtained the following certifications: NAAEI Faculty from the National Apartment Association in April 2022, Real Estate Broker from the NC Real Estate Commission in May 2013, Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) from the Institute of Real Estate Management, Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) from the National Apartment Association, Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) from the National Apartment Association, and Certified Property Manager (CPM®) from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
