Shannon van Ness I

Shannon Van Ness I has extensive experience in maintenance and property management, currently serving as a Maintenance Supervisor at PRG Real Estate since April 2015. Previously, Shannon held positions as a Maintenance Supervisor at JLL and as a Facilities Team Lead, albeit briefly due to organizational changes. Additional experience includes roles at Darren Kady Inc as a maintenance consultant and property manager, as well as positions in appliance service and construction. Shannon is a Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician and a member of the Louisville Apartment Association. Shannon's education includes military training in the United States Navy and a diploma in mathematics from Floyd Central.
