Eleanor Lothian

Eleanor Lothian is a Corporate Finance Manager at Price Bailey LLP, where expertise lies in company valuations, employee ownership trust establishment, and forensic accounting, alongside experience in M&A advisory, management buyouts, financial modeling, and due diligence. Since starting in corporate finance in April 2018, Eleanor has built on a foundation from a graduate rotation programme, which included a year in the Business team and 18 months in the Corporate team focused on audits. Previous roles include an Associate position at PwC, where Eleanor developed client relationships and conducted stock counts, and a Clerical Assistant role at George Hay Chartered Accountants, involved in preparing financial statements and payroll.
