Kimberly J. Phillips

Kimberly J. Phillips is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney at the Office of The Commonwealth's Attorney in Loudoun County since July 2020. Prior to this role, Kimberly worked as a Trial Attorney and Chief Financial Operations Officer at Garretson Phillips, PC, focusing on Criminal Defense in both Federal and State Courts from January 2010 to July 2020.
