Carl Senn

Carl Senn has extensive work experience in financial roles, particularly as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Controller. Carl'smost recent position was as the CFO at Price Brothers Inc since June 2023. Before that, they served as the CFO of Keach Construction from March 2022 to June 2023, and as the Controller from June 2019 to March 2022. Prior to Keach Construction, Carl held the position of Controller at Ferebee Corporation from October 2015 to June 2019. Carl also worked as a CFO at Heard Ratzlaff Construction, Inc. from February 2015 to September 2015, at YTM Construction LLC from June 2011 to January 2015, and at J.F. Schultze Construction, LLC from May 2005 to May 2011. Earlier in their career, Carl served as the VP of Finance at Edifice, Inc. from 2003 to 2005, as the VP - Controller at Shelco, Inc. from 1999 to 2003, as a Credit Manager at Okuma America Corporation from 1996 to 1999, and as an Audit Senior at Arthur Andersen from 1992 to 1996.

Carl Senn obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. In December 1996, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the NC State Board of Certified Public Accountant Examiners.
