Jim Parrack

Jim Parrack started their work experience in 1992 at Precor Realty Advisors, Inc., where they served as Senior Vice President for 15 years. Jim was responsible for overseeing operations and development of various properties. In 2007, they joined Price Edwards & Company as Senior Vice President, where they currently head the firm's Retail Division, managing and brokering activities for shopping centers in Oklahoma and North Texas. Additionally, they served on the board of the Arts Council of Oklahoma City from 2013 to 2014.

Jim Parrack earned their MBA degree with a focus on Finance from the University of Oklahoma - Price College of Business, where they attended from 1984 to 1986. In addition, they obtained certification as a Certified Property Manager from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in November 1992.
