Poonam Muttha

Poonam Muttha is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and accounting. Currently serving as a Corporate Finance Consultant at PriceLabs since March 2023, Poonam is responsible for establishing the Corporate Global Finance Function. Previously, Poonam held the position of Finance Controller at MindTickle Interactive Media Private Limited from June 2016 to November 2024, overseeing fiscal reporting activities, managing relationships with financial partners, and participating in executive management decisions. Prior roles include Finance Controller at PubMatic, Finance Manager at Syntel, and leadership positions in finance at Optimos and Silver Communication Pvt. Ltd. Poonam's career began as an Auditor & Accountant at V.P. Rathi & Co., and Poonam holds a Master’s degree in Commerce, a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, and the ICWAI designation.
