Colton Anderson

Colton Anderson is an experienced professional in real estate investment, currently serving as the Director of Acquisitions at Price Brothers since January 2024, after previously holding the position of Manager of Acquisitions. Prior to this, Colton spent over five years at Nolan Real Estate Services, progressing from Investment Analyst to Senior Investment Analyst, where responsibilities included overseeing a team, conducting market analysis, underwriting commercial projects, and developing asset management strategies for multifamily portfolios. Colton's earlier experiences encompass internships in marketing and analysis at various organizations, supported by a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Washburn University, where minors were earned in Art and Leadership.
