Angella S Vallejos is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in customer care management across various industries. Currently serving as the Customer Care Operations Manager at Priceline since October 2022, Angella previously held senior roles at PointCard™ and Talkspace, where leadership contributed to the company’s IPO success. At Talkspace, Angella directed multiple support teams and was instrumental in scaling operations. Prior roles include Customer Care Manager at HelloFresh, where Angella launched significant service channels, and supervisory positions at Altice USA and Sling TV, focusing on team performance and customer retention. Angella began a career in customer service with Dish Network, evolving from Customer Care Specialist to Customer Service Trainer.
