Mehdi Towhidi is a seasoned data science professional with extensive experience in various roles within leading organizations. Currently serving as Principal Data Scientist at Pricepoint since November 2024, Mehdi previously held the position of Senior Data Scientist at IVADO Labs from May 2020 to November 2024. Prior to that, Mehdi worked as an Operations Research Developer at both IBS Software and Kronos Incorporated, and began a career as a Postdoctoral Researcher at GERAD. Mehdi's academic background includes a PhD in Applied Mathematics from the Université de Montréal and a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering, along with a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics, both from Shiraz University.
