Dave Snyder

Dave Snyder serves as Vice Chairman and Lead Independent Director at PriceSmart since February 2021, contributing to various committees including Audit and Compensation, where Dave holds the chair. In addition to this role, Dave Snyder is a member of the Board of Directors for BTB Therapeutics, Inc., and serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of San Diego School of Law.
