Chingming CHANG

Chingming (Khèngbêng) Chang is a Senior Customer Experience Manager at Wayvia, where they focus on enhancing customer satisfaction through strategic account management and service optimization. Previously, they served as a Customer Success Manager at commerce connector and held roles at PriceSpider, including Senior Customer Success Manager. Chingming also has experience as a Lieutenant at the Coast Guard Administration, Ocean Affairs Council in Taiwan. They hold a Master's degree in Ethnology, Cultural Anthropology & Linguistics from Jagiellonian University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from National Chengchi University.
