Mark Ship has over 30 years of experience in business strategy development, operation excellence, and acquisition integration. Mark started their career in 1982 as a Finance FMP & Financial Management Assignments with GE Canada in Toronto and Edmonton. In 1992, they joined GE Healthcare as an Operations Manager, Manager of Global Logistics Supply Chain, and General Manager of Acquisitions. In 2005, they became the Vice President of Services at Industriaplex where they grew revenue from zero to $55M within 15 months. From 2007 to 2017, Mark Ship held various roles at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, including Corporate Vice President of Revenue Cycle and Vice President of Access and Referral Services. In 2017, they joined Integra LifeSciences as Vice President of Global Strategic Initiatives & Commercial Excellence, where they were responsible for the transition and integration of a $1 billion acquisition. In 2019, they took on the role of Mergers and Acquisitions Integration Executive at PRITCHETT, LP and Adjunct Lecturer of International Business at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee - Lubar School of Business. In 2020, they joined Global PMI Partners as a Mergers and Acquisitions Integration Executive. In 2013, Mark Ship founded and became the Principal of Sandler & Ship, an acquisition integration expert and business strategy development company.

Mark Ship obtained a Bachelor's of Commerce in Finance & Marketing from Concordia University, followed by an MBA from Northwestern University from 1994 to 1995. In 2001, they obtained a Six Sigma certification from GE Healthcare. In 2010, they obtained a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) certification from the American College of Healthcare Executives in May. Mark is currently working towards an IMO Mobilization (IMOM) Certification from Global PMI Partners in 2022.
