Rich Pendergast

Rich Pendergast has over 20 years of experience in organizational development. From 2000 to 2007, they were the Vice President of Learning and Organizational Development at RadioShack Corporation, where they created the learning and organizational development strategy for the company and led a team of 48 professionals to implement the programs. During this time, they also led the creation and implementation of the first leadership development program, change management competency, continuous process improvement initiative, executive assessments, talent identification, and high potential development programs. From 2007 to 2014, Rich was the Director of PRITCHETT, LP and Executive Director of Livewire Learning, LLC, where they specialized in the people side of mergers and acquisitions, culture shifts, and strategy implementation. In 2014, they became the Executive Director of momentumGLOBAL, where they guided organizations through cultural transformation by planning, coaching, and integrating change in the organization's core.

Rich Pendergast holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics from Indiana University Bloomington.
