Stefan Zuckut

Stefan Zuckut has been in the corporate world for over a decade. In 2015, they became the Vice President of M&A Integration at PRITCHETT, LP, where they applied their deep expertise in acquisition integration strategy, planning, and execution when leading IMOs and workstream teams for PRITCHETT's technology clients. From 2007 to 2015, they were the Chairman of the Audit Committee at NHT Global Corporate, a NASDAQ-listed international network marketing company. Stefan was also a member of the Board of Directors and instrumental in managing through a financial crisis and leading the company to a successful operational turnaround. From 2005 to 2007, they were the Vice President, Corporate Development at Blade Network Technologies, Inc., where they planned and implemented all necessary activities for a successful spin out from Nortel Networks. Stefan also set up the entire accounting, finance, and G&A function, improved financial performance, added customers, formed alliances, and incubated new businesses. In 2005, they were a Consultant at Garnett & Helfrich Capital.

Stefan Zuckut holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Ph.D. in Financial Economics from the University of Cologne, and a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Technische Universität Darmstadt. Stefan also holds certifications from the Project Management Institute and The Job Hackers, including a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification obtained in January 2023 and an Agile MBA obtained in November 2020.
