Jenny Davis

Jenny Davis is currently the Vice President at Pride Global. Jenny has over 10 years of experience in business development and staffing solutions, specifically in the healthcare industry.

Jenny started their career in 2008 as the Director of Business Development for the Minnesota High Tech Association. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase membership and non-dues revenue for the organization. After two years in this role, Jenny transitioned to Kelly Mitchell Group, Inc. as the Managing Director for the Minneapolis / St. Paul office. In this role, they oversaw the day-to-day operations for the office as well as developing new business opportunities. After four years with Kelly Mitchell Group, Jenny left to join Russell Tobin as a Vice President.

In their current role as Vice President at Pride Global, Jenny is responsible for the growth and development of the Midwest offices. Pride Health is a leading Healthcare Recruitment & Staffing firm that offers highly customized solutions and business process solutions at cost-effective prices. Founded in 2010, Pride Health has a broad geographic reach with offices throughout the United States.

After graduating from high school, Jenny Davis attended the University of Minnesota where they earned a B.A. in Strategic Communications and Spanish - Summa Cum Laude. Jenny then went on to receive certification from Staffing Industry Analysts as a Certified Contingent Workforce Professional.
