Nik Tait currently serves as Senior Legal Counsel at Laing O'Rourke, beginning in February 2023, where the focus is on delivering innovative construction projects. In addition, Tait holds the position of Director of Legal at Pride in London since December 2023, advocating for LGBTQ+ rights and organizing the UK's largest Pride event. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Associate in International Arbitration and Construction Disputes at Quinn Emanuel and as an Associate in similar areas at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP and CMS UK. Tait's legal career began with various trainee solicitor roles, gaining expertise in infrastructure, construction, and energy disputes. Tait earned a First Class Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Aberdeen, followed by a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice, and is currently pursuing a Master's in Construction Engineering at the University of Cambridge.
