Chris Bunch

Chris leads multiple lines of business for PRIDE Industries, including custodial and environmental services, operations and maintenance, project services, and critical and renewable energy services. His teams maintain 12,000 buildings across the nation, encompassing three million acres of land and more than 78.7 million square feet of facilities.

Chris has been with PRIDE Industries for more than a decade, serving first as a Facility Modification Manager before becoming an Operations Manager and then a General Manager. With more than 21 years of leadership and management experience as facilities and construction professional, Chris has worked in a wide range of environments, including the military, federal, state, county, school district, private, and nonprofit sectors. Prior to joining PRIDE industries, Chris was a project manager with Jonas and Associates, Inc., a full-service consulting firm. He also served as the Vice President of Construction for RE Contractors and has owned his own construction firm.

Chris served in the U.S. Air Force for seven years, where he was a structural craftsman. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Phoenix, a Master’s in Business Administration degree from Keller Graduate School of Management, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from Argosy University.
