Kim McDowell

Kim McDowell is an experienced corporate training professional with a strong background in leadership development, communication, and customer service. Currently serving as the Corporate Training Manager at PRIDE Industries since 2015, Kim focuses on enhancing the skills of frontline and mid-level leaders while ensuring compliance with New Employee Orientation training and promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
