Renee Mettler

Renee Mettler is an accomplished Human Resource Manager with extensive experience in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures across various organizations. Currently serving at PRIDE Industries since July 2021, Renee previously held the position of HR Manager at Sacramento Self-Help Housing Inc., where responsibilities included managing legal issues related to employee lawsuits, streamlining benefit programs, and enhancing training processes for new employees. Additional experience includes serving as a Case Manager for Central Valley Low Income Housing Company and Program Manager for Strategies To Empower People. Renee holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Technical Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from DeVry University.
