Pride Stores
The Pride story began in Springfield, Massachusetts, back in the early 1900s. In those days, the business was focused on servicing horses and carriages. When the automobile came along, the family business went with it and shifted into vehicle repairs and fuel sales. Over the years Pride continued to evolve to meet the changing needs of its customers. We opened our first self-serve station in 1976, and convenience store in 1982 in Springfield, MA. Today, Pride has modern, high technology stores in 25 locations throughout Western Massachusetts. While much has changed over the years, we’re still family and locally owned. And we’re still committed to delivering outstanding neighborhood service.
