Mike Hege, MRE, is a seasoned Realtor and Founding Principal at Compass, where Mike has been since May 2021. With a career spanning over two decades in real estate, Mike has a proven track record in selling luxury properties and assisting relocating buyers in the Charlotte, Huntersville, and Lake Norman areas. Mike also serves as the Broker-in-Charge at Pridemore Properties, a role held since the inception of the company in 2005. Prior to their real estate career, Mike worked as a nurse at Carolinas Medical Center from 1999 to 2004. Mike's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Gardner-Webb University, a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from Realtor University, and an Associate of Science in Nursing from Central Piedmont Community College.
