Matthew Kuiper

Matthew Kuiper is a seasoned cost estimating professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Cost Estimating Manager at Pridgeon & Clay since October 2019, Matthew previously held the role of Cost Estimator at the same company from January 2010 to October 2015, where responsibilities included reviewing and processing quote information and providing welding estimates. Prior experience also includes positions at Gill Industries and ADAC Automotive as a Cost Estimator. Earlier in their career, Matthew worked as a Welding Technician and Welding Department Manager at Craft Steel Products, overseeing hand weld assemblies and managing robotic welding projects. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Grand Valley State University.
