Reggi Prasetyo Kurniawan began their work experience as an intern at PERTAMINA EP in 2015, where they gained knowledge in oil company operations and performed maintenance tasks. In 2015, they also interned at GMF AeroAsia, working on Airbus maintenance.
From 2012 to 2016, Kurniawan studied at the University of Indonesia, majoring in Automation Manufacturing. Reggi actively participated in student organizations and focused on the development of a 3-Axis Welding Robotic system using Microcontroller for their final project.
In 2016, Kurniawan joined Orang Tua Group as a Continuous Improvement Engineer. Reggi implemented improvement projects using the PDCA method and contributed to production process enhancements. In 2017, they were promoted to Section Manager of Engineering, overseeing project timelines and leading initiatives such as machine overhaul and factory re-layout for efficiency and cost reduction.
In 2019, Kurniawan joined PRIEDS as the Senior Vice President of Products and Engineering. Reggi managed multiple teams and facilitated the development of software and hardware solutions using Angular, JavaScript, NodeJS, and C++. Reggi also designed and developed program architectures from frontend to backend.
Reggi Prasetyo Kurniawan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Indonesia. Reggi completed their studies at the university from 2012 to 2016.
