Jonathan Nance is an accomplished professional with significant experience in engineering and product development. As the Owner of Rippertail Lures, LLC since August 2019, Jonathan combines a passion for the outdoors with expertise in creating fishing lures designed to enhance angling success. In the role of Research and Development Engineer at PRIER Products, Inc. since January 2018, Jonathan focuses on innovating products within the plumbing industry and addressing customer needs. Previous positions include Applications Specialist at Fike Corporation, where Jonathan provided technical support and designed explosion protection systems, and Design Engineer II at Altec, where Jonathan developed manufacturing processes and conducted failure analyses.
