Gerard McElligott

Gerard McElligott has extensive experience in operating heavy equipment, with a career spanning from 2008 to the present. Currently employed at Priestly Demolition Inc. as an Operator since July 2018, Gerard has previously held operator roles at Orin Contracting and Denis Moriarty The Kerries Ltd, where responsibilities included operating excavators and bulldozers for various civil engineering projects. During tenure at Denis Moriarty The Kerries Ltd, Gerard operated machinery for the construction of windfarms and became qualified in multiple equipment types. Additional experience includes a brief role as a Plant Operator at Mc Geoghan Plant and a student design engineer position at Thermo King, focusing on quality and reliability. Gerard holds a Bachelor of Science in Product Design and Technology from the University of Limerick, obtained in 2016.
