Currently serving as a UX/CX Researcher at Prima Assicurazioni, Francesca leads B2B and B2C research projects to improve user experience and foster product innovation. As the Lead Researcher/Strategist at Studio intO, Francesca manages international projects focused on payment systems and AI, utilizing qualitative methods to identify innovation opportunities. A PhD candidate at UCL Institute of Education, Francesca conducts qualitative research, analyzing large datasets related to cyber-bullying. Previous roles include research consultant and qualitative researcher, where Francesca employed various qualitative methodologies to enhance understanding in clinical settings. Francesca holds a Master's degree in Developmental and Child Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a PhD in Psychology and Human Development from IOE - UCL.
