Prior to this role, Marina held positions including Food Safety Manager at Warburtons and Food Safety Officer at Manchester City Council, where responsibilities included conducting audits, inspections, and compliance assessments related to food hygiene and standards. Marina's early career included serving as a Food Quality Manager at Iper SpA and as an Environmental Health Officer in the City of Trenton, focusing on food inspections and environmental investigations. Marina holds a Master of Science in Food Safety Management from the University of Central Lancashire and has additional certifications in HACCP development and a Master’s degree in Food Science and Technology.
