Kieran Timmins

Kieran is a very experienced Finance Director who has worked in Merseyside public sector organisations for over 20 years including being Deputy Chief Executive and Treasurer for Merseyside Fire and Rescue Authority where he had a national profile supporting the Local Government Association and the Chief Fire officer’s association. Kieran has also worked as FD with Forviva and First Choice Homes Oldham.

Kieran has always been involved in housing and is a strong believer in housing as a catalyst for neighbourhood regeneration. Kieran was a long-standing board member for Plus Dane and sat on the Housing Market Renewal board for Merseyside. Kieran has recently taken over as Chair at Cobalt and is also on the board of Alpha Homes. Kieran is also Prima Group’s Company Secretary.
