Matteo Giannotti

Matteo Giannotti is an accomplished professional in process excellence and IT project management, currently serving as the Responsible for Process Excellence & IT Project Management at Prima Industrie Group since September 2022. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, Matteo coordinates process redesign and digitalization initiatives, as well as ERP implementations and the evolution of divisional applications. Previously, Matteo held the role of IT Project Manager at Prima Industrie, transitioning from a consulting background to in-house project management, overseeing IT initiatives that align with organizational strategic goals. Matteo’s career began at Capgemini in 2011 as an Analyst Consultant, advancing to SAP Managing Consultant over 11 years, where expertise was demonstrated in large-scale IT banking projects at FCA Bank. Matteo holds a Dottore magistrale degree in Economia e direzione delle imprese from Università degli Studi di Torino.
