Currently serving as Executive Director at Prima TV since September 2020, Carmina oversees multiple departments and plays a pivotal role in business development, operational efficiency, and strategic planning. Previously, Carmina held the position of Executive Director at Adevarul Holding for a decade, where strategic initiatives led to significant growth and stabilization of the company. With an initial legal career spanning from Speciality Inspector at the Competition Council to Head of Legal Department roles, Carmina has demonstrated expertise in corporate governance, legal compliance, and stakeholder engagement. Educational background includes a degree from the Faculty of Law in Bucharest.
