Marie Sockeel

Marie Sockeel is a co-founder and Chief Medical Officer at Primaa, a medtech company established in 2018 specializing in AI-based technology for precise and automated cancer diagnosis. With extensive experience as a pathologist, Marie has worked at AP-HP's Hôpital Saint-Louis, focusing on breast and gastrointestinal cancer diagnosis, and has held positions at PRAXEA Diagnostics and other AP-HP facilities, covering various organ systems. Marie holds an Executive Master in Health Management and Policies from Sciences Po and a Doctor of Medicine degree with a specialty in Anatomical and Cytological Pathology from Université de Picardie Jules Verne, complemented by additional training in Dermatopathology and Molecular Pathology.
