Charlie Lacey

Charlie Lacey currently serves as the Managing Director of Primaflow F&P, the largest wholesale distributor of Plumbing, Heating & Bathroom materials in the UK, since January 2024. Prior to this role, Lacey was the Managing Director at Stearn Electric Co Ltd from May 2018 to December 2023, overseeing a national super distribution network for the electrical wholesale trade in the UK and Ireland. Additionally, Lacey held the position of President at the Electrical Distributors' Association from December 2019 to November 2023 and was the Vice President at Decco Ltd, where leadership as Chief Operating Officer was exercised from October 2016 to May 2018. Lacey's earlier career includes prominent roles in sales and marketing at Norbain SD, various managerial positions at Decco Ltd, and sales management at Bosch from 1995 to 1999.
