Kathy Ballance has extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Kathy began their career at Sears Roebuck & Company in 1983, where they worked as a Sales Supervisor for nearly seven years. Kathy then joined The Pillsbury Company in 1990, initially as a Sales Representative and later advanced to the role of Account Executive. In 1995, Kathy joined McDermott Foods Brokers as a Business Manager, responsible for the growth and development of Dow Brands in Western New York. Kathy represented key accounts such as Tops Markets, Wegmans, Fleming Foods, and Olean Wholesale. Kathy returned to The Pillsbury Company in 1995, where they served as a Senior Account Executive and later as a Customer Account Manager. In 2001, Kathy joined General Mills as a Customer Account Manager and subsequently held various roles within the company, including Category Management, Business Planning, and Trade Planning. Kathy was responsible for executing marketing and sales strategies, establishing effective relationships with retailers such as Publix, and driving sales and profit growth through optimal merchandising, assortment, and shelving. In 2017, Kathy joined Seitenbacher America LLC as the National Sales Manager, where they developed and executed growth strategies, collaborated with other departments to address business opportunities, and played a crucial creative role in product development. Currently, they work at Primal Kitchen (Primal Nutrition LLC) as the Director of Sales-Grocery, overseeing grocery sales and managing key accounts.
Kathy Ballance obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. Kathy attended this institution from 1985 to 1989.
