Paweł Rączy

Paweł Rączy is a Senior Java Developer & Team Leader with a background in IT and engineering. With experience in developing backend applications, implementing identity management systems, and code refactoring, Paweł has proven expertise in technical documentation and software development. Prior to their current role, Paweł worked as a Junior Java Developer and Junior CCTV specialist, honing their skills in web application development and technical support. A graduate of Warsaw University of Technology, Paweł holds a Master's Degree in Intelligent Transport Systems and an Engineer's Degree in Transport Telematics.
