Chris Savard

Chris Savard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and leadership within the retail and community sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Manager of Operations and General Manager for Devonshire Mall at Primaris REIT since January 2022, Chris has held multiple general management roles in various organizations including Cushman & Wakefield, 20 VIC Management Inc., and Ivanhoé Cambridge. In addition to operational roles, Chris has contributed to the community as a Board Member and Past Chair of Invest WindsorEssex, and as a Board Member of Tourism Windsor Essex Pelee Island. Chris also has a notable history in public service, having served three terms as a Councillor for the City of Cornwall. Chris holds a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education (Hon) from the University of Ottawa.
