Kurt Vosper

Kurt Vosper is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in facility management and security. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Primaris REIT since May 2012, Kurt supervises a team responsible for maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, and security operations across multiple properties. As president and founder of the Guelph Youth Basketball Association from June 2018 to June 2024, Kurt played a key role in program development and leadership, overseeing various aspects of the travel team program. Previously, Kurt worked as a Security Supervisor at Stone Road Mall from April 1995 to May 2012, where responsibilities included managing security personnel and ensuring customer safety. Kurt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Guelph, a BES in Building Environmental Systems from Seneca Polytechnic, and a credential from Michigan State University in 1997.
