Steve Roy

Steve Roy has extensive experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on development and construction. Steve currently holds the position of Vice President of Development and Construction at Primaris REIT. Previously, they served as the Senior Vice President of Development and Construction at Sienna Senior Living and as Head of Development at Freed Developments. Steve also worked as a Consultant in 2018 and held various roles at Oxford Properties Group, including Vice President of Development and Director of Development. Prior to that, they were the Senior Vice President at Complete Controls Limited and the Director of Asset Management at Toronto Dominion Investment Real Estate. Throughout their career, Steve has demonstrated skills in project management, team leadership, and value creation in real estate portfolios.

Steve Roy has a Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
