Steve Roy has extensive experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on development and construction. Steve currently holds the position of Vice President of Development and Construction at Primaris REIT. Previously, they served as the Senior Vice President of Development and Construction at Sienna Senior Living and as Head of Development at Freed Developments. Steve also worked as a Consultant in 2018 and held various roles at Oxford Properties Group, including Vice President of Development and Director of Development. Prior to that, they were the Senior Vice President at Complete Controls Limited and the Director of Asset Management at Toronto Dominion Investment Real Estate.
