Jan Baines

Jan Baines has over 25 years of experience in strategic management and vendor governance within the IT sector. Currently serving as a Strategic Partner Manager and previously as ICT Contract Delivery Manager at Primark since January 2018, Jan has played a key role in contract management and strategic partnerships. Prior experience at AIB from July 2002 to December 2017 includes roles such as Manager of Vendor Contract Governance and Software Licensing & Asset Management, where Jan defined and implemented frameworks for outsourced IT services and managed a comprehensive portfolio of software and hardware assets. Additional positions include management roles at Accuris Limited and IBM, where Jan was responsible for product implementation, third-party alliances, and consultancy services focused on mobile services and customer retention strategies.
